Policies:
I try to be as accommodating as possible please call or text if you need to cancel, reschedule or change an appointment or do so on the Gloss Genius client app.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your service start time, I do not have a waiting aria and may be finishing a pervious service.
I am severely allergic to dip powder and cannot file, apply or remove it without having a sever reaction, I apologies for any inconvenience.
A 50% deposit is required for all new gusts and when booking for multiple people.
I kindly ask for emails and phone numbers to complete gust profiles.
Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours before your appointment.
While there's no late fee, repeated lateness may require a deposit for future appointments. (If your 10 minutes late or more your appointment might be rescheduled, if you do not respond or let me know you will be late you will be marked a no show after 10 minutes

All No shows will be charged 50% of services booked if a deposit was not left beforehand.
You will receive a confirmation text when booking, detailing the services you have reserved. You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to make any changes to your services. On the day of your appointment, you will be charged for the services you booked, plus any additional services requested. Please note that not all changes can be accommodated on the day of the appointment due to back-to-back scheduling.
Children: I don’t do services on anyone under 10 as with school sports there is a risk of them braking their natural nails more often than an adults. you are welcome to bring your children older than 4 with you but thay must be able to sit still and quite in the chairs for the duration of your service.
I only have 2 chairs for gest to sit in and no waiting aria.

All services are "Damage covered" for up to 7 days please contact me if you have any issues like chipping or braking

If your service exceeds 5 hours, I'll treat you to lunch ($20 or less).
I also have a lap table available for multitasking during your pedicure.
